(geb. in Stuttgart) ist Schauspielerin, Künstlerin und Autorin. In ihrer Arbeit verbindet sie Körper, Sprache und Raum. Ihre Werke bewegen sich zwischen Performance, Installation und filmischer Erzählung und erweitern klassische Theaterformen um Elemente aus Video, Ton und Bewegung.
Demi absolvierte ihre Schauspielausbildung an der Crearte International Acting Academy in Stuttgart und studierte Film- und Theaterwissenschaften an der Freien Universität Berlin. Neben ihrer Arbeit in Film, Fernsehen und Theater realisiert sie eigene interdisziplinäre Projekte, die
sich an der Schnittstelle von postdramatischem Theater, Performance und ortsspezifischer Kunst bewegen. Von 2018 bis 2023 war sie Teil von Şermola Performans, mit denen sie als Performerin, Produzentin und Projektmanagerin über zehn Theater und Performance-Arbeiten in Köln und
Berlin entwickelte. In ihrer Arbeit spielt der Körper als Träger von Erinnerung und Widerstand eine zentrale Rolle. 2022 präsentierte sie das Projekt Our Displaced Stories, das verschiedene Perspektiven auf Identität(en), Intersektionalität und die Verbindung zu narrativen Strukturen
verhandelte. Ihre Ausstellung OUR DISPLACED STORIES VOL. 2 ist derzeit bis zum 21. März 2026 im Mouches Volantes in Köln zu sehen.

(born in Stuttgart) is an actress, artist and author. Her work combines body, language and space. Her pieces range from performance and installation to cinematic narrative, expanding classical theatre forms with elements of video, sound and movement.
Demi completed her acting training at the Crearte International Acting Academy in Stuttgart and studied film and theatre studies at the Free University of Berlin. In addition to her work in film, television and theatre, she realises her own interdisciplinary projects that
operate at the intersection of post-dramatic theatre, performance and site-specific art. From 2018 to 2023, she was part of Şermola Performans, with whom she developed over ten theatre and performance works in Cologne and
Berlin as a performer, producer and project manager. In her work, the body plays a central role as a carrier of memory and resistance. In 2022, she presented the project Our Displaced Stories, which negotiated different perspectives on identity(ies), intersectionality and the connection to narrative structures.
Her exhibition OUR DISPLACED STORIES VOL. 2 is currently on view at Mouches Volantes in Cologne until 21 March 2026.
